A Pod is where you put the streams you want to see together. A Pod can contain feeds from Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin, results from a keyword or hashtag search, filtered results from Live Pod, comments, retweets, mentions, private messages and so on.

What is a Stream?

The visible area in within your Pod where results from a keyword or hashtag search, filtered results from Live Pod, comments, retweets, mentions, private messages and shares are shown is called a 'stream'.

You can add several streams to a Pod.


What is a Channel?

A Facebook page, a Facebook group, a Twitter account, an Instagram account or a Linkedin company page is called a 'channel'.

You can add all your channels to reachpod and select all the streams to view and monitor. Adding channels also enables you to send scheduled or instant posts to all channels at the same time.

How do I connect a Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin account?

Once you register, reachpod will guide you through this process.

If you already added a channel and want to add your other channels, go to a Pod you have created or the default Pod we have created for you from the left menu.

On the screen click 'Networks' tab. Click on the social media channel you wish to add. After approving the required authorizations, select the channels you would like to add.

What is Live Pod?

Live Pod shows you in real time any interactions which happen in your social media accounts.

From there you can reply or delete any interaction you receive to your channels such as comments and private messages.
